Refund Policy

Clear refund rules for paid Japanese auction history report orders.

1. Digital manual report service

Our paid report is a digital manual checking service. Once our team starts manual processing, time and data-access work may already be used for that order.

2. When a refund may be available

A refund may be considered if payment was made twice by mistake, if the order was placed with an obviously invalid chassis number and manual processing has not started, or if we cannot start the report because of a technical/payment issue on our side.

3. When a refund may not be available

A refund is normally not available after manual report processing has started or after a report has been delivered. A refund is also normally not available only because a vehicle has limited records, because records show negative history, or because the customer decides not to buy the vehicle.

4. Limited data cases

Some vehicles may have limited auction history or no useful records available. Our team will still perform a manual check and report what is available. Payment covers the manual search and checking process, not a guarantee that every vehicle has full data.

5. Incorrect chassis number

Please enter the chassis / frame number carefully. If the customer provides an incorrect number and processing has already started, a refund may not be possible.

6. How to request a refund review

Contact us with your name, email, payment reference, chassis number and reason for the request. We will review the order status and reply as soon as possible.

7. Processing time

If a refund is approved, the payment provider may take several business days to return the funds depending on bank, card provider and country.
